TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ARRHES: Any reservation is only considered firm when accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay. The oral or written transmission of your bank card constitutes agreement to debit the amount agreed upon when booking your stay.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF STAY :

• Between 29 days and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is preserved
• Between 14 days and the day of arrival or in case of no-show the entire stay will be charged.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of early departure from the hotel due to force majeure, minor or personal convenience.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :

The rooms are made available to our customers from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Beyond this time, 50% of the room will be charged and 100% % after 6:00 p.m.

PAYMENT METHOD :

American Express and Banker’s checks are not accepted.
